Course Access * Access is granted only after successful payment. * Course access is personal and non-transferable. * One purchase equals one user account. * Lifetime access refers only to the lifetime availability of the course on our platform. * Course content may be updated, modified, expanded, or removed without prior notice. * Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical upgrades may occur. --- 5. Technical Requirements Students are responsible for maintaining: * Stable internet access * Compatible hardware * Licensed software where applicable * Updated operating systems * Required storage capacity We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported hardware or software. --- 13. Live Classes For live sessions: * Recording may not always be available. * Late arrivals do not extend class time. * Missed sessions are generally non-refundable. * Disruptive participants may be removed. --- # 14. Downloadable Assets Assets purchased or provided through our platform are licensed for educational or commercial use only as specified. 2. Fees & Payment
At *VisualFX Explorers*, we strive to provide a secure and transparent payment process for all our students and clients. 1.Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, including: * UPI * Debit Cards * Credit Cards * Net Banking * Digital Wallets * Other payment methods available at checkout 2.Payment Terms * Full payment must be completed before access to any course, digital product, or service is granted. * Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. * International payments may be subject to currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. * All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. VisualFX Explorers does not store your payment card information. 3.Pricing * Prices may change without prior notice. * Promotional discounts and offers are available only during their validity period. * Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. 4.Failed Transactions If your payment fails or is deducted but access is not granted, please contact us with your payment details. 3. Cancellation Policy
Course Enrollments Students may request cancellation before course access is activated. Once course access has been granted, cancellations are generally not permitted. Live Workshops Cancellation requests for live workshops must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If approved: The enrollment may be transferred to a future batch (subject to availability), or A refund may be issued according to our Refund Policy. One-on-One Mentoring Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and are non-refundable. VFX Production Services For client projects: Orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once production has started, cancellation charges may apply based on the work completed. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Custom work cannot be cancelled after final delivery.
